Custom 1964 Cadillac Coupe de Ville from Iron Resurrection Gets Treated with FUSION PLUS ™ Ceramic Coating

Iron Resurrection is an automotive-based reality TV show based in Austin, TX. It initially aired in 2016 and has gone on to produce five seasons. The show centers around the Martin Bros Customs car restoration shop. The Purple Haze-colored 1964 Cadillac Coupe de Ville featured in the video below was build during the first season of Iron Resurrection. At the Austin-based XPEL installation center, this classic American luxury car received a completed XPEL FUSION PLUS Ceramic Coating.

One of the stars of Iron Resurrection, Jayson Shag Arrington, purchased the old-school Cadillac sometime after it appeared on the show. The collectability and sentiment surrounding this Caddy means this car is a 'pride and joy' for Arrington. Wanting to preserve the custom paint, Arrington brought his restored Cadillac Coupe de Ville to XPEL to be treated with FUSION PLUS ™ Ceramic Coating. The Cadillac received a completed FUSION PLUS ceramic coating on its exterior, interior, and glass. The color deepening properties of XPEL ceramic coating left Arrington pleased with the results stating, "It looked like my caddy had been candy-coated."

The Cadillac underwent a color correction process before being coated with FUSION PLUS ™. This process ensures that every inch of the exterior paint is the same shade of Deep Purple gloss and repairs any subtle paint clips or imperfections. Then, the exterior paint is buffed and shined before applying a protective layer of XPEL ceramic coating.

The benefits of XPEL FUSION PLUS ™ Ceramic Coating start with a single application. It offers superior hydrophobic protection that leaves vehicle surfaces with a slick-to-the-touch feel and a wet shine appearance. In addition, its hydrophobic properties make watermarks and pollutants like road grime easier to clean off ceramic-coated surfaces. The interior of this vintage Cadillac convertible was also treated with FUSION PLUS ™ UPHOLSTERY Ceramic Coating. As a result, the black leather and vinyl interior are protected against unwanted stains or spills. In addition, interior upholstery is now better protected against damage from UV rays.

Furthermore, FUSION PLUS interior ceramic coating will not leave sticky or oil residue on surfaces or unwanted sheen. Lastly, FUSION PLUS ™ GLASS Ceramic Coating will ensure Arrington never struggles to keep the Cadillac's front windshield clean and clear. This 1964 Cadillac Coupe de Ville is now ready to turn some heads while cruising downtown Austin, TX.
