The Marsien is a Limited-Production 818-HP Off Road Capable Supercar Based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S

The Marsien is a product that proves you can have your cake, eat it, and savor it. It is a supercar that can be fast on the street, track, and desert. The brainchild of this dream machine is Marc Philipp Gemballa, the son of famed Porsche tuner Uwe Gemballa. At age 27, the Marsien is the first project Marc Philipp Gemballa has announced. Only 40 units of the Marsien are scheduled for production. Given the car's extensive list of high-quality modifications, a Marsien's price tag surpasses half a million dollars. What customers get for their money is a cocktail of the best Porsche-associated parts has to offer.

Starting with the bodywork, the Marsien is constructed entirely out of carbon fiber. Its design is inspired by the off-road spec Porsche 959 that competed in the Paris-Dakar rally in 1985-1986. However, the car's shape is based on the current 992-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S. Porsches, in general, are a common sight in XPEL installation shops globally. Many owners of these desirable rear-engine sports cars trust XPEL Paint Protection Film to shield their vehicles against rock chips, scratch marks, and road grime.

The Marsien is designed to be used in a desert environment. The car's aerodynamics were crafted by KLK, a company known for working with racing teams. Underneath the carob fiber bodywork lies its engine. It uses the same 3.7-liter flat-six engine as the 911 Turbo S. However, renowned tuning company RUF has modified the Marsien's engine. The RUF engine produces 740-hp and 685 lb.-ft of torque.

Customers who feel that is not enough power can opt for an additional upgrade that increases the power output to 818-hp. Featured engine modifications include a complete titanium exhaust system developed by Akrapovic. As a result, this custom off-road capable Porsche can reach 60 mph in less than three seconds – in the sand. It claims to have a top speed of 205 mph. However, off-road, the top speed is limited to 130 mph.

To handle off-road terrain at high speeds, the Marsien's suspension was heavily modified. The front suspension uses unequal-length control arms instead of regular struts. The push of a button can control the car's ride height. It uses hydraulic lifts to raise or lower the vehicle while off-roading. The Marsien is available with two tire options depending on the terrain.
