Regional Field Operations Manager (West Coast Region)

Summary We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem-solver, passionate with building and maintaining a team environment, and strives to be an integral part of the overall success of the Company. Ensure XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film meet the standards. Must lead by example and participate in installation duties as needed. Work to learn the newest product innovations , focused on educating and train the in field operations team on the regularly changing requirements.
Core Duties
· Inventory monitoring
· Help launching new dealership rollouts
· Verifying car counts regularly
· Dealership relationships
· Communicate schedule with dealership area manager and store managers
· Monitoring Field Ops Managers installer scheduling
· Liaison between admin and Field Operations Manager- payroll/EOD/Warranties/Pricing
· Hiring/ Firing
· Spending time with each operations manager reviewing their daily process and auditing their stores
· Having daily calls with their managers on daily production of each store
· Helping managers improve installers and help recruit new talent
· Making sure managers are being very proactive on quality control
· Expense control for their regions
· Audits done by field operations management or regional managers monthly
· Having great relationships with upper management at the dealerships
Job Requirements
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Outgoing personality.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
