OEM Project Manager (Solihull, United Kingdom)

Summary We are seeking a passionate and professional Project Manager for our Solihull, UK Location.  The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem-solver, passionate with building and maintaining a team environment, and strives to be an integral part of the overall success of the Company.

Core Duties

·        Lead, manage, and facilitate success of an OEM installation facility focusing on operations, revenue and asset management

·        Act as primary liaison to OEM management for the facility operation

·        Create and maintain professional relationships with the customer

·        Mentor and provide for job welfare of all installation employees; this encompasses management, hiring, developing, and holding employees accountable.

·        Respond quickly and efficiently to guide the team through various OEM requests / changes to working parameters

·        Improve operational effectiveness by making recommendations for changes

·        Supervise and accomplish required administrative requirements including responses to customer inquiries and iterative weekly/monthly/annual reports to the OEM Manager

·        Supervise and ensure safe and effective work environment, including all operational equipment, storage of resources and installation products as well as maintaining an active, accurate inventory (5S Standard)

·        Ensure customer satisfaction through providing excellent service

Job Requirements

·        GCSE or equivalent high pass grades

·        More than 2 years administrative experience preferred

·        Previous management in a fast-paced environment preferred

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

·        Keen judgment and decision-making skills with a bias to superb customer service, safety, and prioritization in time sensitive situations

·        Working knowledge of ERP & CRM systems

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Working knowledge of current HR rules and regulations preferred

·        Outgoing personality

·        Professional appearance and attitude

·        Experience in change management is preferred

·        Some level of experience in quality assurance environment is preferred

·        Ability to work effectively in a team environment

·        Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

·        Must have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time
