Marketing Manager Europe (Tilburg, The Netherlands)

Summary
The goal of marketing is to raise the kind of awareness that can drive sales for a company, service, or product. The goal of the Marketing Communications ManagerEurope, is to develop and execute the plans and strategies to accomplish that.
Core Duties
· Support the Managing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
· Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
· Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows with the lowest environmental impact, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
· Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
· Executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
· Creating and managing local marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction
· Implementing and guiding online marketing activities, including social media, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
· Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
· Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
· Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
· Working closely with the Marketing Manager Consumer Market and the Marketing Manager Dealer Market.
Job Requirements
· Past work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in Dutch and English language
· Proficiency in full Microsoft Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint
· Working knowledge of Adobe illustrator and design and email software
· Experience working with budgets and forecasting
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
· You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
· You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
