XPEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film.

Responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining a technical infrastructure (including, software, cloud servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities) that supports critical business needs. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Netsuite ERP system, Azure-based cloud infrastructure, HubSpot CRM, and Workday HCM, enabling our business operations to run smoothly and efficiently.

Oversee the configuration, performance, and security of the Azure cloud environment. Assist with the administration and customization of the Netsuite ERP system.

Implement and enforce security best practices to protect infrastructure and data. Continuously assess and optimize infrastructure costs, performance, and resource utilization in Azure.

Monitor, establish and maintain appropriate user access across enterprise system. Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and service providers.

Works with organizational leaders to develop technology plans, policies, and procedures in alignment with company goals and standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on infrastructure performance and initiatives.

4+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager, with specific experience in Azure cloud management.

2+ years of experience administration of Workday HCM

1+ years working on IT SOX Compliance.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, and storage.

Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with Jira, HubSpot and Boomi, Netsuite
