Subject to these Terms, Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Site-related software on permitted devices that meet current standards. Reverse engineering (except to the extent permitted by law), commercial exploitation, sublicensing, assignment, or distribution is prohibited.
User Obligations and Acceptable Use

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided by the User.

Warranties and Disclaimers
Except for statutory warranties that cannot be excluded under Indian law and any express warranties provided with products or services, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected, except as mandated by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantees under Indian law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Site.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the User to us for the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law or where additional liability is mandated.
This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to XPEL India Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable IP laws in India and abroad.
No rights are granted other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or as required by law.
Users may terminate by closing their account and ceasing Site use. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).
Compliance with Law; Prohibited Conduct
- Users must comply with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules; Consumer Protection Act, 2019; DPDP Act, 2023; and any applicable sectoral regulations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer dispute redressal mechanisms, courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumers may also approach the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or use our internal grievance redressal as a first step.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site and/or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
