XPEL Technologies Corp. Merges With Reflex Enterprises L. L. C.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, June 2, 2004…Nevada-based XPEL Technologies Corp. (“XPEL”), announced today the consummation of a corporate merger with Reflex Enterprises, L.L.C. of San Antonio, Texas. The combined entity is maintaining the XPEL name, and certain Reflex executive and administrative officers have assumed the roles of management for the new Company. XPEL will continue all of its operations from the former Reflex facilities located in San Antonio.

W. R. Brunner, XPEL’s newly installed Chairman and CEO, commented, “From an operational standpoint, the merger of Reflex with XPEL Technologies Corp. is entirely seamless for our Design Access Program (“DAP”) Dealers, our non-DAP Dealers, our retail customers, and our vendors.
