SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, May 2, 2006…XPEL Technologies Corp. (TSXV: DAP.U) announced today a newly established relationship with ADP, Inc. Dealer Services (NYSE: ADP), whereby XPEL’s Road Hazard Warranty forms have been formatted within ADP’s Dealer Services electronic forms library for use by Finance and Insurance Departments (“F&I”) of new car dealerships. ADP’s F&I eForms Library contains electronic (PDF) versions of current pre-printed forms in an easy-to-use, easy-to-find, web-based format. Electronic forms in the eForms Library are mapped to the Dealer Management System (“DMS”) data fields. Dealerships can effortlessly view and select forms for download to their DMS.
Mark Groves, XPEL’s Vice President of Business Development, stated, “ADP’s web-enabled solutions greatly improve the efficiencies of the ‘front-end’ sales process at new car stores. Being the first in our industry to offer warranty forms in an electronic format will undoubtedly increase XPEL’s sales penetration. F&I Departments will have the ability to present XPEL Products to their customers with greater speed and accuracy, enhancing both revenue and Customer Satisfaction Index scores, while at the same time lowering their overall transaction costs.”
“We welcome the addition of the XPEL Road Hazard Warranty Form to our library of F&I electronic documents. With the XPEL form, ADP now offers one of the most robust collections of electronic forms available in the automotive retail industry. The ability to output forms in an electronic format strongly enhances the ability of our F&I Manager customers to focus more on selling and servicing their customers, and less time on managing a paper-based process,” stated Marty Zwolan, ADP’s Vice President and General Manager of Laser Imaging.
