XPEL ENGAGES INVESTOR RELATIONS SUPPORT

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, August 22, 2007…XPEL Technologies Corp. (TSXV: DAP.U) announced today that it has engaged the investor relations services of Fitzhenry Financial Resources (“Fitzhenry”), a sole proprietorship 100% controlled by Mr. Dale Fitzhenry. With offices in Scottsdale, Arizona and Vancouver, Canada, the Fitzhenry firm will be assisting XPEL with improving its corporate visibility within the financial community. Fitzhenry will be targeting brokers, brokerage firms, analysts and institutional investors, who traditionally seek participation in automotive-related opportunities.
XPEL Chief Executive Officer, Steven J. McAuley, stated, “We are pleased to have engaged the Fitzhenry team for our investor relations activities. Their highly successful track record of assisting companies gain improved visibility is very important for our business development. We are confident that Mr. Fitzhenry and his staff will greatly assist XPEL in getting our growth story more widely noticed.”
Mr. Dale Fitzhenry commented, “In my 35 years of being a participant within the financial industry, I have seen some very exciting businesses, and undoubtedly XPEL is one of them. Fitzhenry is to be paid a $25,000 (USD) retainer fee plus $7,500 per month, which includes all normal office supplies, postage and long-distance telephone fees. Said fees are to be paid from the XPEL general operating budget. The initial term of the agreement is for 90 days, with monthly renewals for up to 12 months and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
