SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, July 7, 2005…XPEL Technologies Corp. (CNQ: XPEL.U) announced today that its worldwide dealer base for clear automotive paint and headlight protection products continues to experience positive trending growth.
Since January 1, 2005, new dealer applications submitted electronically through the XPEL web site have averaged 2.06 each business day, originating primarily from the U.S., but also from differing continents around the globe. During the first six months of 2005, XPEL approved a total of 235 new dealers from a total of 267 applications submitted. These numbers compare favorably to the same period during 2004, when the Company approved a total of 131 new product dealers.
