XPEL DEALER APPROVAL CONTINUES AT BRISK PACE
- 533 New Dealer Applications Submitted Since January - - 62.6% Growth Over Same Period During 2004 - - Product Dealers in 18 Countries -SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, November 17, 2005...XPEL Technologies Corp. (CNQ: XPEL.U) announced today that year-to-date approved dealer applications originating from North America, Europe, the Pacific Rim and Latin America, continue on record pace. This year alone, a total of 444 submitted applications have been approved by the Company for dealers to resell XPEL Automotive Protection Products. The number of approved dealers to date in 2005 compares favorably to the 273 approved applications for the same period during 2004. Since the beginning of the year, a total of 533 new dealer applications have been electronically submitted to the Company through the XPEL website. XPEL's Chairman and CEO W. Rege Brunner stated, "The brisk pace at which dealer applications are submitted to us signals the increasing worldwide awareness of the XPEL brand. It also confirms that product dealers, who are serious about competing in this industry, know who they can trust to help them succeed. When prospective dealers compare the overall XPEL offering to the rest, their decision in choosing a vendor becomes a simple one, and the numbers are proving this to be the case." Mr. Brunner further added, "Earlier this month, XPEL exhibited its business opportunity and products at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Trade Show in Las Vegas, where we captured over 500 new dealer leads. We fully expect to see many of these show up in the form of product dealer applications in the near-term."
