Inventory Control Specialist

Summary

XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking an Operations Associate for its San Antonio, TX Office. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for all aspects of inventory management such as cycle counts, inventory organization, stock and restocking, receiving of product, quality checks and RMA activity.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all inventory audits including daily cycle counts, month-end and year-end inventory counts.
  • Records purchases, physical counts, and other information in established ERP system of record.
  • Responsible for the receiving and check-in process for all incoming inventory.
  • Process all RMA activity in accordance with established SOP’s.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse.
  • Associate will assist in all phases of housekeeping of the facility and maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area during working hours.
  • Must leave a clean area prior to leaving work.
  • Load and unload designated freight carriers with product as needed.
  • Accurately pick, pack, palletize, warp, and label orders as needed.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of solid general warehouse experience.
  • Organized, attention to detail and maintain appropriate analytical skills.
  • Ability to visually inspect and document defects.
  • Stand / sit for long periods of time to operate rewind machines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced and proficient with excel and word programs.
  • Professional team player.
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
