Service Coordinator

Reports to: Las Vegas General Manager

Summary

We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Las Vegas, NV location. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. The Service Coordinator plays an essential role by acting as a liaison between our customers and the company, ensuring customer needs are met.

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers and vendors
  • Ensure that the front desk is managed, and phones are answered during office hours
  • Answer customer inquiries and schedule service requests
  • Input service orders and communicate with customers
  • Check in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages
  • Provide on-going administrative support such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail and ordering office supplies.
  • Report to work in a timely manner as per assigned work schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
    • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Applications
    • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
    • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Salary Information:
