Territory Manager- Asia (Taipei)

Apogee Corp. Taiwan Branch, a subsidiary of XPEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: XPEL),a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coating, and commercial/residential flat glass film is seeking a Local Sales Manager in Thailand.


We are seeking a Territory Manager to develop the XPEL dealer network in Asia, and increase our sales and market shares. The Sales Manager will learn all XPEL products, find suitable dealers, sign them onboard, and transfer knowledge about the brand and the products. This is a fast-growing and competitive market with much potential for growth. The general market encompasses the automotive aftermarket- including window tint installers, body shops, detailing shops, franchises, professional wrap installers and PPF installers.

The ideal candidate will be responsive, independent, self-driven, and responsible for closing potential opportunities, developing dealers, and raising the B2B awareness about the XPEL brand and XPEL products. The ideal candidate will be capable of working remotely and effectively in a fast-paced environment and has great communication skills.

Core Duties:

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Gain product knowledge of paint protection film, window film, ceramic coating, and architectural window film.
  • Learn the local market to evaluate competitors’ pricing, penetration and market shares. Set up pricing structure including dealer price and retail (installation) price.
  • Identify potential quality shop candidates and possible industry segments and convert into XPEL dealers.
  • Visit Auto Dealerships and Manufacturers for product demonstration opportunities.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Place orders, provide customer services and sales training to the shops. Participate in training by utilizing translation skills if necessary.
  • Perform individual market analysis within the territory to develop new customers, business development strategies, and short-term/long-term sales promotions.
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace.
  • Follow up on sales leads.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales Administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Update job knowledge by participating internal educational trainings, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher related field
  • Fluent in Thai, English, or Mandarin
  • Highly motivated
  • Organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • 3 years professional sales experience
  • Ability to travel as required
