Full Job Description

The Warehouse Associate (Entry-level), depending on the specific role, could be involved in shipping activity, inventory management, operating production machines, boxing/labeling products, final packaging and other warehouse related activities.

As a Warehouse Associate (Entry-level), you can be placed in any of these roles:

  • Operations Associate - Stocking, packaging and repetitive lifting
  • Inventory Associate - Cycle counts, organizing, and receiving
  • Materials Inspector - QA, inspecting film for defects.

Core Duties (exact duties may vary depending on role):

  • Properly label, package, box product, and prepare for shipping when needed, using work devices such as electronic scanners, hand tools and power tools
  • Accurately pack, palletize, wrap, label and stack product as needed
  • Assists with inventory audits including daily cycle counts, month-end and year-end inventory counts
  • Ship orders in a timely manner
  • Examines shipment contents and compare with records (i.e. P.O., invoices etc.) to verify accuracy and quality of shipments
  • Handle inventory receiving and check-in process
  • Identify and document defects in material being inspected
  • Operate production machines when needed
  • Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 0-1 year of solid general warehouse experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Keeping active by walking, standing, bending, and stooping when needed
  • Stand / sit for periods of time when needed
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional team player
  • Work in a fast faced environment
  • Ability to lift 40-50lbs
