Core Duties

·         Assess needs and requirements for OEM project applications

o   Assess feasibility of desired Cosmetic Quality Standard (CQS)

o   FMEA analysis

o   Assess warranty and sustainability concerns

·         Design and test products

o   Design Proof of Concept

o   Verify, validate and adjust designs as needed

o   Document installation procedures and install times

o   Part publication and version control

·         Install/coordinate installation demos for key stakeholders

·         Process and Quality Documentation

o   Coordinate with OEM Systems & Compliance Specialist to:

§  Develop part specific process documents

§  Develop CQS documentation

Job Requirements

·         Paint Protection Film design, application and/or training experience preferred

·         Adobe Illustrator experience preferred

·         Must have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to be on time

·         Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles

·         Must work well with others and have good team building skills

·         Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to travel up to 50%
