Summary We are searching for a business-savvy field representative to join XPEL. As the XPEL field representative, you will increase brand awareness, advise sales teams, identify potential expansion areas, and at the same time, identify key players in various market segments, research competitors’ products, understand competitors’ and our market shares, provide recommendation of new market strategies, and prepare analysis reports. You will also be required to keep abreast of market trends and answer any questions and queries professionally.

To be successful as a field representative, you should be able to identify weaknesses in the current sales strategy and make effective recommendations. Outstanding candidates should be keen problem solvers with good leadership skills and business sense.

Core Duties

  • Travel to meet with dealers, distributors, competitive shops, and prospective customers.
  • Perform site inspections and conducting research to determine strengths and vulnerabilities in the areas.  Communicate high performance and to recommend to other shops.
  • Perform site inspections and conduct research to determine feasibility of new dealer locations in specific areas.
  • Develop and recommend new marketing and branding strategies.
  • Set targets and advice teams on strategies to achieve target goals.
  • Conduct market research and attend industry specific networking events.
  • Prepare and submit analysis reports and deliver business presentations if required.
  • Liaise with dealers, collecting all questions and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.  Report and communicate internally to MD to create corrective strategy to distributor.
  • Keeping updated of product developments and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional networks.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • A willingness to work irregular hours.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • The ability to travel regularly.

The Right Candidate Will

  • May provide guidance to sales teams, analyze sales records, perform branch visits, develop strategies, and meet with prospective customers.

  • Maintain a holistic knowledge of basic business KPIs and data analytics
