This position is critical to the growth, expansion, and profitability of XPEL’s brands and products. This position will report to the Vice President of Product.

Major Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.

· Manage a team of Product Managers for developing and executing the product strategy to grow XPEL’s global business.

· Play a critical role as product management interface between key cross-functional divisional and global stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, R&D/Manufacturing).

· Defines and executes end-user-based (VOC) research to build a clear, comprehensive understanding of all relevant product segments, market segments, customer segments and applications; communicate critical market requirements within the organization

· Oversee the market and competitive trends to establish marketing strategies, forecasts sales potential, build competitor databases and develop successful product positioning against the competitive landscape.

· Collaborates with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing programs and promotions to achieve business objectives

· Defines pricing strategy and maintains it for assigned products.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of experience in Product Management, or Product Marketing with professionally installed products.

· Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills.

· Strong leadership experience with managing direct or indirect reports.

· Outstanding organizational and collaboration skills.

· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business preferred.
