Digital Marketing Manager (San Antonio)

Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager that will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing SEO activity to drive corporate and customer digital engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in developing content and will select and identify keywords and/or phrases to increase traffic to website(s). The role will develop, optimize and execute search engine marketing plans and campaigns to ensure revenue, budget, ROI and other goals are obtained.

Core Duties

• Conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic

• Performs search engine optimization analysis including keyword ranking, link-building, tagging, or indexing with the goal of improving the organization’s SEO performance.

• Collaborate and identify powerful website content, key words/phrases, on-page elements, or meta-tags and suggest changes for increasing search engine ranking, click throughs, or conversions.

• Review and analyze Company and customer sites for areas that can be improved and optimized by ensuring all activities are in alignment with SEO best practices.

• Running and managing Pay Per Click campaigns

• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors

• Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors

• Develop and expand upon SEO guidelines for corporate or consumer facing web properties

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with white hat SEO best practices

Job Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing and/or Communications

• 5+ years of SEO website, content and analytics experience

• Experience developing and managing Corporate SEO guidelines and practices

• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, AdWords, Tag Manager, and other website metric or optimization tools, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter social media platforms

• Above average experience and comprehensive knowledge of website optimization tools & use within content management engines or web platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well with others both in-person and across other locations via remote communications

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams.
