Getting Revved Up for The Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey with Team Penske, Scott McLaughlin & the No.3 XPEL Chevy

This is the first year XPEL Inc. participates at the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey with Team Penske in the NTT IndyCar Series. So be sure to tune in this Sunday at 3 PM ET on NBC Sports to watch Scott Laughlin in his XPEL protected Dallara-Chevrolet No.3 Indycar take on the historic Laguna Seca raceway on September 11, 2022.

We’re less than a week away, and the excitement is building up to one of the most challenging INDYCAR finales of the season: The Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey. With an epic race shaping up for Sunday, we’re ready to cheer on Team Penske & Scott McLaughlin in the No. 3 XPEL Dallara-Chevrolet as they take on the pack and chase the checkered flag. Energy is high and we're looking to keep the pace coming off McLaughlin’s third victory of the season at Portland International Raceway this past weekend.

For those unfamiliar with Laguna Seca, the racetrack’s name is synonymous with a staggering combination of high speeds and breakneck turns. The Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey consists of 95 laps totaling 212.6 miles around the WeatherTech Raceway’s 2.2-mile course. Most notably, the track’s infamous “Corkscrew” turn eight features a sudden drop, into a sharp downhill right turn that can throw even the most seasoned drivers for a loop.
