Made in Italy – Designed by a New Yorker

Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition This Rosso Magma Metallic GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition began its journey in Modena, Italy; when it was fully matured the GranTurismo made its way to San Antonio, Texas. Ironically enough, the person responsible for the great body lines and curves goes to the designer, Jason Castriota, who grew up in none other than, the United States of America. He was born on the East Coast and then later interned with Pininfarina in Cambiano, Italy. With Pininfarina, Jason, was responsible for helping with the design on such cars as the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, the Maserati GranTurismo and a few other concepts and supercar’s for Maserati, Ferrari and Rolls Royce. It goes without saying, how beautiful the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition looks, but the sounds that come from the exhaust, are a thing of beauty. The 4.7 Liter V8 pushes out 454 horsepower through a ZF 6-speed automatic transmission, which gallops the car all the way up to its top speed of 188 miles per hour. If you’re wondering how quickly you can get this Italian Stallion from 0 – 60 miles per hour, it only takes a mere 4.5 seconds. With all this performance, you can still get a conservative 21 miles per gallon on the highway. So, now that you have the performance vehicle you’ve always wanted, how will you help protect and keep this beautiful beast looking brand new? The owner of this Maserati chose to wrap the front end and rocker panels with none other than XPEL ULTIMATE paint protection film. The full front end includes: full hood, full fenders, front bumper, headlights, and mirrors. The owner also recognized how vulnerable the rocker panels are susceptible to rock chip damage, so he elected to have them covered with ULTIMATE as well. This included removing the factory film, which                                                                                                                            unfortunately, doesn’t provide full coverage. Installation Process Inspection When you drop your vehicle off at XPEL San Antonio, the first thing we do is a full exterior vehicle inspection (to check for any rock chips or damage) Wash Your Vehicle We use our signature XPEL Flawless Rinse Free Car Wash to clean your entire vehicle and ensure we have a clean canvas to work with. Clay Bar the Installation Area The next step in our process is using a clay bar, which will remove any surface contaminants (bird droppings, wax, sap, bugs, etc). This process will make sure that the surface is smooth and ready for the paint protection film to be applied. Final Wipe Down Once the claying process is complete, we'll wipe down your vehicle and inspect the paint before applying the paint protection film. Paint Inspection If there are any contaminants left behind we will repeat the clay bar process to make sure you get the best installation possible. Applying Installation Gel Now that the surface is clean, smooth and ready for Paint Protection Film, we spray XPEL Installation Gel on the surface where film is going to be installed. The Gel allows us to move the film around and get the XPEL Pre-Cut film kits aligned on the vehicle before we start using the squeegees to install the film. Installing XPEL ULTIMATE Paint Protection Film Once the gel has been applied to the vehicles paint, we will lay the XPEL ULTIMATE pre-cut paint protection film on your vehicle. Our XPEL Pre-cut kits are designed to fit precisely without the need to trim the film on the paint. If you are having XPEL installed, be sure to ask your installer if they are using XPEL pre-cut kits. Once the installers have the film aligned correctly, they will start squeegeeing the film in place, similar to the image below. Final Inspection Now that the film has been applied, our paint protection film installers will do a quality check to make sure there are no issues with the installation and continue to the next panel on the vehicle.         Finished Pictures outside XPEL Headquarters

Porsches 2 Ohio – Granville, Ohio

P2O, Porsches 2 Ohio 2015 Featuring XPEL ULTIMATE and '15 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet  It was a chilly, bright and early July morning in Granville Ohio for the official start of P2O, Porsches 2 Ohio. The Porsches started arriving at 6:30am to the already closed main street, where the show was being hosted. Yes, they closed down the main street that connects the town of Granville, Ohio. The vendors and Sponsors were finished with there set up, and started greeting Porsche enthusiasts as they began to wipe down their vehicles.   Then we heard these two magnificent Porsches arriving, a Cayman Race Car and the 887 horsepower, $929,000 Porsche 918 Spyder. These two beauties were the center of attention for the entire show. We only wish they were protected with XPEL ULTIMATE. Get an installation quote from a XPEL  Installer. Below are the patterns that were installed on the Red Porsche 911 GTS. Demonstration of our XPEL ULTIMATE self-healing properties Our XPEL ULTIMATE film self-heals from light scratches, swirl marks and rock chips while driving or maintaining your vehicle. During the show we use a Brass wire brush to simulate the every day occurrences that can affect the film. With the sun on the display the scratches from the brush instantly disappear. When the sun is not available, you can accelerate the healing process with a cup of warm water or a heat source. Not all Patterns are created equal At XPEL we pride ourselves on our pre-cut pattern software. By using a pre-cut pattern you’ll have less to worry about, since the installer will not be trimming the film on your vehicle. Using a pre-cut pattern the film will naturally fit without excessive stretching or contortion, which means the finished product not only lines up perfectly but is free of defects which could be visible once the install is finished. Contrary to what some may believe it’s possible to wrap edges using a computer cut pattern which gives you a much better protection and installation. With XPEL Technologies Corp., all patterns are available with precision cut wrapped edges where possible. Where a wrapped edge is not possible, for example around the parking sensors on a bumper, reverse cameras and more, the film is always machine cut with precision. BMW M235i XPEL Clear Bra Paint Protection

The (new) Bavarian Deuces Power-Packed Turbocharged Inline 6 Cylinder M235i protected with XPEL ULTIMATE. The 2014 2-Series coupe was designed to bring the E36 (1995-1999 M3) and E46 (2000-2006 M3) crowd back to a new generation of BMW. It has been called the modern day E46 M3 due to multiple variables, but the two that stand out are the power and dimensions. The biggest thing attracting new buyers is the power. The M235i delivers 320 horsepower through a Twin-Turbo Inline 6-cylinder M-tuned motor. The E46 M3 delivered 333 horsepower through a naturally aspirated 3.2 Liter M-tuned motor. Although the M235i has less horsepower, it shaves .7 seconds off of the 0-60 mph time, at an impressive 4.6 seconds! While they are both coupes, the M235i is 2 inches shorter, .2 inches skinnier width and 1 inch taller than the E46 Series M3. So, generally speaking the M235i is the closest thing we will get to an modern day E46 M3 BMW. This powerful M235i received the protection it deserved with XPEL ULTIMATE Full Hood, Headlights, Fenders, Mirrors, and Bumper Kit. 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG protected with XPEL ULTIMATE Film – San Antonio, TX

Geländewagen The Mercedes-Benz G-Series has a very unique and recognizable skeleton, that hasn't changed since it's birth. Back in the seventies, a Shah from Iran mentioned to Mercedes that he would like a 4x4 SUV. Instantly, Mercedes partnered with Austrian military vehicle manufacturer, Steyr,Daimler-Puch, and created the Gelandewagen. German for cross-country vehicle. R&D for this vehicle was extensive, with many trips to the Sahara desert, the Arctic Circle, and German Coalfields. It was 1979 that they started hand building the G-Wagen at their Graz factory, where they're still made to this day. They had two versions available in 1979, a short or long wheelbase. Two-door ragtop, wagon, and windowless wagon versions were available. They came with a ladder chassis, three fully locking differentials, and six engine options. Three gasoline engines, and three diesel variants. The Gelandewagen has seen action serving over 60 armies, and Mercedes has even had to promise NATO that they'll continue building them until 2025. To respond to the Range Rover, Mercedes had to class up the G-Wagen and make it a luxury SUV, and not just a terrain destroying military people carrier. Refinements over the next decade included, air conditioning, comfier seats, electric windows, power antenna, ABS, wood trim, and much more. People were starting to notice how the G-Wagen hadn't changed in decades, so Mercedes stepped it up once again and handed the vehicle over to the wizards at AMG. To this day you can get one with a 6.0L twin-turbo V12 that makes 612 hp and 737lb ft of torque! So how does a car that's basically been unchanged for 33 years last? In the words of Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson, "MORE POWER!" Protect the Protector It's probably a stretch to say that the G-Wagen is still used today as it was used in the past, as an off road machine. In any case, how do you protect the Mercedes SUV that's protected armies for over a quarter of a century? With XPEL ULTIMATE paint protection film. We installed a XPEL ULTIMATE full front, including full hood, front bumper, front fenders, headlights, and mirrors.     XPEL Ultimate Self-healing Clear Bra XPEL ULTIMATE leads the industry with it's clarity, durability, gloss retention and more. Full STEALTH Matte Black Audi A7 – San Antonio, TX

Audi Sportback The Sportback design has been around for some time now. In Europe at least, but at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show, Audi revealed the A7 concept. The A7 is said to give you the luxury and class of the A8, with the styling of a coupe, or their A5 Sportback in Europe. Love it or hate it, this car turns heads.  Even with the 4,200 pound curb weight, the A7's 310 horsepower supercharged V6 will take you to 60 in 5.3 seconds, finishing the quarter mile in 13.8 seconds. Car Of The Year The A7 has already received numerous awards, Automobile Magazine claimed it at "2012 Automobile of the Year", and Esquire magazine made it their "2011 Car of the Year". The A7 is making a difference in the high end luxury segment. Keeping something this refined looking great is important. Cavender Audi here in San Antonio mentioned to the buyer of this A7 that we have a STEALTH film that gives any painted surface a matte finish, and that it also has a self-healing automotive clear coat that will protect you from rock chips, scratches, and swirl marks. The owner jumped at the chance to have the only matte black A7 in the area. So we covered the entire car front to back with our STEALTH film. We removed the headlights, and taillights to ensure a cleaner installation. The results speak for themselves.   XPEL Ultimate Self-healing Clear Bra XPEL ULTIMATE leads the industry with it's clarity, durability, gloss retention and more. 2013 MazdaSpeed3 Turbo Hot Hatch protected from rock chips by XPEL Paint Protection

Zoom-Zoom The "MazdaSpeed" variants provide the greatest driving pleasure for the Mazda enthusiast. Since it's creation by a team of racers in 1967, MazdaSpeed has been an important part of Mazda history.  Beginning their motor sports debut was the Mazda Cosmo110S. In an incredible international debut at the 1968 "Marathon de la Route" at the Nordshleife,  Nürburgring, an 84-hour endurance race, the Mazda Cosmo took fourth place. An outstanding achievement for a brand new team with a brand new car. Mazda then campaigned across the U.S, Japan, and Europe in endurance and conventional races. Le Mans The Cosmo was replaced by the R100, then the RX-2, and RX-3. It was in 1978 that Mazda took it up another notch or two and came out with the first generation RX-7. This new RX model went on to achieve an unprecedented 100 wins over the next 12 years. But in 1991, Mazda did something no other Japanese automaker had done or has since done. They captured an overall win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the Mazda 787B. Rotary engines were banned at Le Mans after that season so Mazda changed their focus to the business side of motor sports and started developing aftermarket parts and accessories. Today they have show room "MazdaSpeed" versions like the Speed3 below. They infuse their cars with the "soul of a sports car". This 2013 MazdaSpeed3 comes with a 2.3L I-4 that produces 263hp, and a whopping 280 lb ft of torque. With plenty of cargo space, seating for five, and highway fuel economy around 35 miles per gallon this hot hatchback offers a bargain for the price. North Park Mazda sent over this Speed3 for an XPEL Ultimate film 24" hood, fender, bumper, and mirror kit. XPEL Ultimate is the world's first self-healing film and comes with a 10 year warranty. 2012 Mustang BOSS 302 power meets paint protection, San Antonio, Texas

In 2012 Ford brought the BOSS 302 name back to life. The standard 5.0 L V8 is upgraded with a new intake system, CNC ported heads, revised camshafts and more. Power is up to 444 hp, up 32 hp over the standard GT. Clicking the "BOSS 302" box also gets you upgraded suspension, exhaust, and some other go fast bits. But after just two short years, just like in the original car 43 years ago, the BOSS 302 is no longer available. Will they bring it back? We hope so. In the mean time, this owner wanted to protect his investment to maintain value  with XPEL paint protection. XPEL Ultimate Self-healing Clear Bra XPEL ULTIMATE leads the industry with it's clarity, durability, gloss retention and more. We stand behind our product 100%, so much so that ULTIMATE has a 10-year warranty covering defects such as yellowing, cracking, staining, blistering and/or delaminating. Protecting your car has many benefits. It will help maintain your car’s factory finish, make your car easier to clean, help the resale value of your vehicle, all while it is being protected from every day driving. You can pick and choose your coverage options. Door handle inserts, also known as door cups.
