SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, September 11, 2006…XPEL Technologies Corp. (TSXV: DAP.U) announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Clear Guard of Saegertown, Pennsylvania, for the electronic delivery of All-Terrain Vehicle (“ATV”) Paint and Headlight protection patterns. Clear Guard maintains a proprietary protection film that adheres to plastic surfaces and components typically found on ATVs, where traditional paint protection films will not. Distribution of the Clear Guard ATV products will be accomplished through XPEL’s Design Access Program (“DAP”) and its growing worldwide dealer base.

According to ATV Nation.com, ATVs have now grown to surpass 2-wheeled motorbikes in annual North American sales. Industry analyst, Tim Condor of A.G. Edwards, commented that the ATV segment continues to be “the most under-penetrated of the three major power sports segments and serves a wider variety of purposes when compared to snowmobiles and watercraft.”

John Byham, President of Clear Guard, stated, “We have a unique product set for the growing all-terrain vehicle industry, yet we have previously lacked the ability to scale our sales in a manner that satisfies me. By allowing XPEL to distribute our products through their DAP system, I believe we will significantly increase our industry visibility and achieve our aggressive market penetration targets.”

XPEL Technologies Corp. (www.xpel.com) is the worldwide leader in the electronic delivery of top automotive aftermarket products, utilizing the Internet as an integral component for its design, manufacturing, distribution and customer relationship strategies. The Company’s DAP software utility offers Dealers the industry’s most efficient and productive tool set for better serving customers with “best of breed” solutions in real-time. XPEL has clear advantages over the competition through its proprietary corporate framework consisting of an expansive library of installation-friendly window tint, paint and headlight protection products, coupled with a unique web-based remote manufacturing and distribution software, superior installation training curriculum and facilities, and established and growing sales distribution channels.
