SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, February 26, 2004…Reflex Enterprises, L.L.C. (“Reflex”) announced today the introduction of its new Dealer-side website at www.xpel.com. Prior to the new improvements, the Reflex site always offered a separate Dealer log-in capability, primarily for viewing wholesale product pricing.

The most significant enhancement to the new site is the ability for an individual Dealer to “chat” with the entire community of X-Pel™ Dealers for exchanging installation, software, and marketing tips. This “peer-to-peer” connectivity is accomplished through a forum board with topics ranging from “General Discussion,” “Industry News and Announcements,” “Installation Techniques,” and “Software Operation.” Additional features to the site include:

– Dealer and Design Access Program (DAP) Application and Approval Capabilities
– Real-Time Reservation and Payment for Installation Training Classes
– Changing of Account Passwords
– Credit Card Management for Monthly Design Access Program Fees
