SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, October 31, 2003…Reflex Enterprises, L.L.C. (“Reflex”) announced today the introduction of its exclusive 20mil (.020″) bulk headlight protection film for plotter cutting capabilities by Reflex Dealers through the Company’s proprietary Design Access Program (DAP) software. The DAP software is a Windows-based client/server utility allowing users the ability to remotely manufacture precision automotive paint and headlight protection kits via the Internet. Headlight protection patterns were previously introduced into the DAP system simultaneously with the release of software version 6.1 earlier this year.

This new headlight protection film has the same proprietary components as its 40mil (.040″) counterpart, which Reflex utilizes in the manufacturing process of its X-PelTM Clear Protective Lens covers. Both films maintain a scratch resistant coating and a 3M industrial adhesive system for optimal performance.

Tim Hartt, Senior Vice President, commented, “As a follow through to entering the headlight patterns into the software, Reflex is now providing its DAP Dealers with an effective and efficient way to manufacture headlight protection products with their existing set up. This move on our part to provide a 20 mil film adds to a Dealer’s profit potential without the need for purchasing additional hardware or software.”

Mr. Hartt further added, “The introduction of this high performance film allows DAP Dealers to offer their customers a quality product, while controlling and managing the manufacturing process in real time, doing away with shipping charges and delays.”

Rege Brunner, Chairman and CEO, stated, “A considerable amount of time and effort went into the research and development of this film. We can finally offer the industry a film that many of our Dealers have been asking for. This offering is another indication of our mission to fulfill the needs and desires of our customers. Our long-term and overriding goal is to make the DAP software as versatile and productive as possible for users.”

Mr. Brunner continued, “Additionally, the Company has commenced the development of a new product set to be delivered through the DAP software, which will be showcased at this year’s SEMA show (booth #10124), with an official rollout slated for some time in the spring of 2004.”

Reflex Enterprises, L.L.C. www.xpel.com is the leader in electronic delivery of top automotive protection products, utilizing the Web as an integral component of its design, manufacturing, distribution and customer relationship strategies. The Company’s DAP software utility offers Dealers the industry’s most efficient and productive tool set for better serving customers with “best of breed” products. Reflex has clear advantages over the competition through its proprietary corporate framework consisting of an expansive library of installation-friendly paint and headlight protection products, a unique web-based manufacturing and distribution software, superior industry training curriculum/facilities, and established and growing sales distribution channels.
