The company produces, sells, distributes and installs after-market automotive products, including paint protection films, window films, film cutting software and related products. XPEL is focused on complete turn-key solutions in the field of automotive protection geared towards independent installers, new car dealers, OEMs, and corporate fleets. Position Summary

As an Account Manager for Scandinavia, you will be the contact person for our customers located in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.  Your goal will be to increase penetration of our products into these markets by increasing sales to existing customers as well as finding new customers in underserved areas.  We are looking for a well-motivated individual who can translate product demand into solutions in an enthusiastic and proactive way.  You will follow and analyze developments in the market, visit existing and potential customers, keep track of your activities in our CRM system, and provide weekly reports to the General Manager of the European central office in Tilburg, The Netherlands. As an XPEL Account Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in our product line, including a basic understanding of film installation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be enthusiastic, enterprising and sales-driven
  • Must possess the ability to build strong relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Must be fluent in the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Must be a current resident of Sweden, Finland, Norway, or Denmark.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Completed MBO / HBO education in a technical or commercial field
  • 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
