Web-Based Product Manufacturing and Delivery System
As an alternative to purchasing pre-cut kits from XPEL, a Dealer may opt to manufacture kits through use of the Design Access Program (DAP) software. Our DAP software is FREE to qualified Dealers. There are no up-front setup, maintenance, or update fees. All that is required on the Dealer's end is a Windows-based computer with a reliable Internet connection, a plotter, and a supply of bulk film.
This real-time product delivery system provides for remote manufacturing of paint, headlamp, and window tint kits at your facility. The obvious advantages are that this system eliminates freight costs and delays, giving the user a virtual inventory of up-to-date products at the lowest possible cost. Cutting kits at your location offers significant cost savings, eliminating freight charges that you would otherwise incur.

To help facilitate your transition to becoming a DAP Dealer, the Company offers a variety of choices related to acquiring a plotter, including outright purchases or a leasing alternative through a reputable third-party leasing company.
Features and Functions of the DAP Software
We believe flexibility ensures success in the marketplace, and our Design Access Program software was designed to guarantee that you have that advantage. While our designers generally create the largest amount of kit coverage possible, we realize that in some cases, a smaller, lower cost kit is desirable. Because of this, the DAP contains a feature allowing the user to reduce the coverage of the kits by simply choosing the desired material width.
The DAP software may also be used to assist you in controlling your costs, setting and controlling your profit margins, and establishing installation rates through the catalog generator. The DAP offers you the ability to effortlessly produce customized, up-to-date catalogs, without the need for external desktop publishing or spreadsheet software.
