Job Title: Retail Market Manager

SUMMARY

The Retail Market Manager is a newly created position for XPEL Technologies Corp. to create, build and manage a direct market program for key company products including Paint Protection Film, Headlight Kits, Window Tint and Paint Protection Liner serving the automotive, RV, motorcycle and power sports dealers in and around the San Antonio, Texas markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (from time to time, additional responsibilities may be assigned). 

Create, build and manage an operating platform using existing company facilities to generate new direct to dealer and direct to retail business.

Create operating policies and procedures which must integrate with other XPEL departments to deliver superior levels of customer service and quality controls.

Create and implement sales and marketing campaigns consistent with corporate standards and operating procedures.

Prepare and achieve sales plans and operating budgets in conjunction with line manager and in support of overall corporate objectives.

Establish effective process maps, quality control programs, cash management systems, point of sale materials, order forms, website marketing, advertising campaigns and other relevant duties as requested by management.

Develop incentive campaigns for dealership personnel plus internal XPEL employees.

Assist with development of qualified product installer and marketers as required.

QUALIFICATIONS In order to successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to master each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Individual must have at a minimum a high school diploma, a college degree and/or suitable prior work experience beneficial. 

COMPUTER SKILLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office modules considered a strong plus. Development of marketing material, program offerings plus utilization of contact management software through salesforce.com is required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interact effectively with dealers, retail clients and other company departments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The position requires regular outside travel to dealers, interaction with the installers of products and the ability to proficiently train prospective installers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Job requires individual to have the ability to work with various individuals within the department and the Company.  Individual must be willing and able to work with various personalities.
