Social Media and Content Manager (San Antonio, TX)

SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Social Media and Content Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The Social Media and Content Manager will play a critical role in elevating XPEL's brand awareness, engagement, and community-building efforts through strategic content creation and dissemination.
Core Duties
Social Media Management
· Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Partnering with media team to develop compelling, innovative, and engaging content that aligns with XPEL's brand image and marketing goals. This includes posts, videos, images, and comments. Ensure a regular content schedule for consistent engagement.
· Represent XPEL across social channels as the sole voice of the brand. Maintain the brand's tone, personality, and values consistently across all social platforms.
· Monitor, manage, and respond to social media activity and customer inquiries.
· Plan and oversee the scheduling of posts, stories, and other interactive elements to maximize reach and engagement.
· Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Communicate these insights to the marketing team and integrate them into the social media strategies.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, sales) to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
· Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as necessary.
Content Creation and Management
· Research, write, edit, and publish engaging, informative blog posts, articles, and other written content.
· Coordinate with the graphic design team to create visually compelling media elements.
· Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to generate product-focused content that educates and inspires.
· Conduct SEO optimization for all written content.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
· Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
· Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
· Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
· Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
· Passion for social media and a drive to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
