SUMMARY

XPEL has in team of people working at the Land Rover (JLR) plant in Nitra, Slovakia. The team realizes factory installed paint protection film installations and currently we would like to expand the team and that is why we are looking for a person for the function of “Shift leader”.

The function of the Shift Leader is to ensure that all aspects of the application operation are being completed within the time requirements specified.  The Shift Leader is also in charge of managing daily production reports as it pertains to installation, in plant repairs, material usage and escalation of any personnel issues.  The Shift Leader is also in charge of vehicle management and will act as the liaison between plant operations and the installation operations. This position offers a base salary of € 46.350,00 per year.

DUTIES

·       Installation planning and reporting

·       Ensure process performance

·       Implement process changes

·       Coordinate production planning

·       Able to manage multiple stakeholders

·       Responsible for management and personnel-related issues such as:

o   Illness registration

o   Days off

o   Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

o   Secure a clean and safe working area for the XPEL Team

·       Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

·       Experienced in managing a team

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Graduation Certificate, Secondary Vocational School\

·       Fluent in the English language

·       Experienced in the use of MS Office and ERP systems

·       Courteous attitude towards fellow employees and Land Rover staff in a multi-cultural environment
