Production Facility Administrator (Solihull, United Kingdom)

Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Production Facility Administrator to join our growing team, working with a high-profile automotive manufacturer. The role itself will be supporting the installation team in a face paced environment providing them the necessary resource to undertake their role effectively. There are career progression opportunities available. The role is subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Core Duties

· Pre installation inspection of vehicles

· Driving vehicles around installation facility

· Help maintain and organize facility – stock, vehicles, consumables etc.

· Keep installation bays stocked with supplies, tools and parts

· Washing, claying and preparing cars to a high standard

· Plotting car components for installation

· Assist installers with post installation inspections

· Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery

· Understand, implement, and keep the consistency of the facility standards

· Perform final quality inspections on outgoing vehicles

· General cleaning duties within the facility as required

Job Requirements

· Positive attitude and enthusiastic

· Keen eye for detail

· Punctuality and excellent time keeping

· Work well with others and have good team building skills

· Be able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

· Have a valid driving license and reliable mode of transport

· Be over the age of 28 years old due to facility required driving restrictions

· Comfortable using general IT programs such as Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £31,200.00 per year
