Marketing Manager (San Antonio, TX)

XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings, and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager.

Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our non-automotive portfolios, including architectural, marine, bicycles, etc. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in driving growth and engagement across a variety of channels.

Core Duties

·         Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, targeting different audience types. (I.e., architects, property managers, dealers, distributors, and end-consumers).

·         Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance based on channel-specific analytics.

·         Maintain and enhance XPEL's brand identity and positioning within the respective segment (i.e., marine, architectural, bicycle)

·         Create targeted marketing programs to engage and nurture relationships with existing customers and attract new customers.

·         Manage all online marketing activities in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager

·         Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure that marketing strategies align with organizational objectives and market demands.

·         Measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, using data to make informed adjustments as needed.

·         Responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently, including forecasting and tracking of expenditures.

·         Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, adapting the marketing strategy accordingly.

·         Other duties as assigned by leadership

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product/service/brand management experience. National/global level preferred.
  • Possess a proven ability to increase brand awareness among multiple target groups
  • Extensive strategy development experience
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Prove track record of working across multiple departments and with outside partners
  • Experience in traditional and non-traditional communication formats
  • Strong digital experience. (web, social, advertising, influencers/ambassadors), as well as consumer digital strategy and tactical development
  • Exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of key stakeholders.
  • Have a strong sense of urgency, integrity, and impeccable professionalism in representing the Brand and Company
