DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Oversee Market Development and daily operations including full P&L responsibility

·         Build out and grow a functional team including Sales, Marketing, Installation, Training, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Support

·         Identify new markets, develop new solutions to meet client needs and to secure new business opportunities

·         Improve internal processes for increased productivity

·         Oversee large projects and interpreting performance reports, manage the budget and monitor the financial health of the territory

·         Create and implement strategies for short-term, mid-term and long-term business growth 

           Analyze and address service and quality issues 

·         Provide leadership support and direction to the sales team and take an active role in the marketing plan

·         Develop, key performance goals, manage the performance of staff, resolve internal staff conflicts with efficiency and to the mutual benefit of those involve

·         Motive, coach, and train team members and set goals and accountability, provide appropriate feedback, reward and recognition

REQUIREMENTS

·         Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or 10 years of sales growth experience.

·         Minimum 5 years of leadership work experience in sales or operations

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Must be able to travel periodically

          Must be proficient in English in business setting

·         Excellent leadership skills
